First Sphere

We teach the Art of Ascension as taught by the Ishayas over the First Sphere weekend course, which includes instruction of the first 4 Ascension techniques, and unlimited future "audits" of the course.  


This practice is only taught only in person, with two teachers. If you would like to attend a First Sphere course, please contact Chandika Ishaya. We can arrange courses in advance for individuals, small groups, or connect you with scheduled events.
